SERVICES
OEM & ODM Pressure Transducer Manufacturing
Custom and private-label pressure transducers built to your specification — custom ranges from vacuum to 600 bar, any output signal, your process connection, your brand. From prototype to production volumes with NIST-traceable calibration on every unit.
WHAT WE OFFER
What We Offer
Custom Pressure Ranges
From vacuum (-1 bar) to 600 bar, with custom intermediate ranges scaled to your working point — accuracy is % of full scale, so a range matched to your process gives you the most usable resolution.
Output Signals
4-20mA two-wire, 0-10V / 0-5V three-wire, RS485 Modbus and HART — matched to your PLC, controller or bus architecture.
Process Connections
G1/4, G1/2, 1/4" and 1/2" NPT, M20×1.5, M12×1.5, flush diaphragm and custom threads produced to your drawing.
Wetted Materials
Stainless 316L as standard; Hastelloy C-276 or ceramic diaphragms for corrosive and hygienic media, with media-isolated construction.
Cables & Connectors
PVC or PUR cables in custom lengths, ventilation tube for level transmitters, M12 and DIN 43650 (Hirschmann) connectors, IP65/IP67/IP68 ratings.
Private Label & Branding
Your logo, housing marking, custom datasheet and packaging. NDAs are available before drawings are shared.
HOW IT WORKS
From Inquiry to Delivery
Requirements review
Send your range, media, output signal, connection, accuracy and target volume. Our engineers confirm feasibility, recommend options and prepare a formal quotation with datasheet.
Prototype sampling
Tooling and fixtures are prepared, samples are built and individually calibrated, then shipped for your testing and approval. Typical sample lead time: 15-20 days after spec confirmation.
Pilot run & mass production
After sample approval, a pilot batch verifies process stability, then production runs at your confirmed volume with agreed inspection points.
100% calibration & QC
Every unit is calibrated against NIST-traceable reference standards, proof-pressure tested and final-inspected before shipment, with calibration certificates on request.
CHALLENGES
Challenges This Service Solves
Catalog ranges don’t match your working point
Off-the-shelf ranges force you to oversize, which wastes accuracy. Custom ranges are scaled to your process.
Distributor markup on volume programs
Buying private-label or branded sensors direct from the manufacturer removes the reseller margin from your BOM.
Branding and packaging consistency
You need your own part number, logo, datasheet and packaging for your catalog or machine documentation.
Traceability for regulated customers
Calibration certificates, material certificates and test reports per serial number are required for many end customers.
FAQ
OEM & ODM Pressure Transducer Manufacturing — FAQ
What is your MOQ for OEM/ODM orders?
Standard catalog models can be ordered from 10 pieces. Custom OEM builds (custom range, connection, output or branding) typically start at 50-100 pieces per order depending on the options, and we always begin with samples before mass production.
What are your lead times?
Samples ship 15-20 days after specification confirmation. Mass production is 15-25 days after sample approval, depending on volume and material availability. We confirm a schedule in writing with every quotation.
Can you match an existing pressure sensor we already use?
Yes. Send us a drawing or a sample unit and we confirm the mounting dimensions, output, range and electrical interface. We then build to the same envelope so it is a drop-in replacement.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. We sign NDAs before receiving your drawings, and your tooling and specifications are kept confidential for the duration of the project.
What documentation do you provide?
Calibration certificates, CE declarations, material certificates, test reports and 2D drawings — the package is agreed up front per project.
Can you print our brand on the sensor?
Yes. Housing laser marking, label printing, custom datasheets and branded packaging are all part of the ODM service.
